"I have been a bit disappointed the past few times I have shopped at this waitrose. Got home to find some of the vegetables and salad not great, mould and juicy. (Should have made a more thorough inspection of them first). I have had to ask a few members of staff where certain items were or if they sold them, to be answered with "I don't know", "not sure". One server behind the lottery and tobacco kiosk did not sound like she wanted to be there, moaning how long she had been working, something more I hear in Tesco. Honestly, it's not the Waitrose I remember."
